Terms and conditions
These terms apply to users of 23pine.com. They will be valid for all your transactions with 23PINE and visits to 23pine.com. These conditions apply to sales of all products by 23pine.com to private individuals.
Shippings
We will ship from our lab within 2-3 working days. We use DHL Art Delivery Express worldwide. Your order will be delivered to a local DHL Access point.
Please note:
We're unable to cancel an order once it has left our warehouse.
The shipping cost is non-refundable for all returns.
Delivery to rural addresses can take longer.
Taxes and duties
Orders to countries outside the European Union may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that the price displayed at checkout are exclusive of all taxes and duties as well as Swedish VAT. We are unable to advise the exact amount of Duties and Taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local Customs.
Insurance
23PINE insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you.
Returns
Orders at 23pine.com can be returned for free within 30 days for any reason. We only accept products that are unused accompanied/attended by the original invoice. 23PINE will issue a full refund including the shipping cost from us to the customer. To return or exchange items, you must use the enclosed pre-paid shipping label and contact a DHL service point.
Refunds
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. If the complete order is returned a refund will include 23PINE shipping costs.
Payments
The order amount will be captured from your account as soon as your order has been placed. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us and we will issue a refund back to your account. Easy returns - if something doesn't fit, just return it to us for an exchange or refund. The following payment methods are accepted:
Credit card
You can pay by Visa and MasterCard. Visa and MasterCard are verified by a secure code. Payment is debited from your card once you place the order.
