Storm on Mkinvartsveri (5054m), Caucasus.
Peter Schön: "This image was taken in April 2006 during a first-ski descent mission to iconic Mkinvartsveri (Kazbek, 5054 m) in the Georgian Caucasus. We sat out several days of intense storms, some of the strongest I have witnessed. The intense winds created massive snow plumes blowing off the summit. The photo arguably marked the start of photography career, as it found its way into exhibitions and magazines such as Alpinist."

- The image is printed with 4 colors in an 8-color Roland UV-Led offset printing press. Printing black and white images with 4 colors gets a deeper black and more shades of grey, which creates an almost three-dimensional look of the image.
- Printed on a 300 gsm thick rough uncoated paper, both FSC™ and PEFC certified.
- The optional black frame is made in Sweden, it's mounted with real glass and comes with an acid-free back cover. The glass has an UV protection that protects the photograph from harmful UV rays.
- With the frame, an off-white 1.8 mm thick acid free passe-partout is included. The brackets on the back of the frame makes it easy for you to mount the image.
